Good methods to encourage English Department's students to speak english more often and confidently

As an English education student we must be accustomed to communicate using English. We also must have special methods so that we can easily learn and more confident using  English language.

First, we must be confident. If you are confident we will feel rilex if we will speak english with our friend.

Second, read stories and news that use English. If we are used to reading that use english language we will find unfamiliar word and this is also can add our vocabulary.

Third, listen english songs and watch english movies. Usually we will quickly memorized by the words that we hear. This method can help our pronunciation.

Last, start trying short conversations with your friends.

A few methods from me hopefully can help you in learning English. Keep the spirit in learning, because in fact English is a fun language. If we want to learn to be truly we certainly can.
